Shipping, Returns, and other Policies
General Store Policies
Turnaround Time (TAT): Standard orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete plus shipping time. This timeframe may increase during holiday seasons. Once an order has been completed, you will receive the tracking number for the order. Enhanced by Eddie is not responsible for lost or damaged items once the order has been shipped. A claim for lost or damaged packages will have to be processed through USPS.
Rush Orders: A "Rush Order" is any request that requires the item to be completed and shipped sooner than my standard 2-week minimum TAT.
Approved rush orders are subject to a 25% Rush Fee based on the total order cost.
Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be approved before you place your order.
Product Disclaimer: Each cup is handmade and unique. Because of this, small imperfections (such as tiny bubbles or slight color variations) may occur. These are not defects but a characteristic of the handmade process.
Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your cup, all items are hand-wash only. Do not soak, do not place in the dishwasher, and do not microwave. High heat can damage the finish. Enhanced by Eddie is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
Shipping & Delivery: Once an item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or theft. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so I can assist you in providing the necessary information to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of drinkware, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an error on my part (such as a misspelled name that differs from your order form), please reach out immediately to resolve the issue.
Color Accuracy: Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from the photos provided due to screen settings and lighting.
Custom Requests
Custom Order Policies
Custom Order Fee: All custom cup requests require an upfront, non-refundable Custom Order Fee of 50% of the total cost. This fee secures your spot in my schedule and covers the specialized materials and labor for your unique project.
Work Commencement: Production on your custom order will not begin until the Custom Order Fee has been received in full.
Photo Proofing & Adjustments: I want you to love your custom cup! Once your item is crafted, I will send you photos of the work for your review. At this time, you are welcome to request changes to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned.
Final Approval & Payment: Once you are 100% happy and give final approval via the photos, the remaining balance is due. After final payment is cleared, your order will be prepared for shipping.
Post-Approval Changes: Please note that no changes can be made once final approval is given. Any changes requested after final approval or shipment will incur additional labor and material fees.
Cancellations & Refunds: Because custom items are personalized specifically for you and cannot be resold, the Custom Order Fee is non-refundable. If I am unable to complete your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
